About our founder

Bhuwan Sharma

Founder, Kibog

Kibog was founded by Bhuwan Sharma with a background that spans field operations, enterprise technology, and management consulting.

Bhuwan has been on both sides of a work order. He has owned and operated an electrical and HVAC services business – managing field crews, subcontractors, and the full operational complexity of a multi-trade service business. He also led enterprise technology at the Sr. Management level, built and scaled EZBook as a SaaS platform serving hundreds of organizations, and worked as a Management Consultant for a Big 3 consulting firm.

Most people in facility management come from one of those worlds. Bhuwan has worked in all three – and Kibog is what that combination looks like in practice. The reliability of a seasoned operator. The visibility of a technology builder. The strategic clarity of a management consultant. All applied to the everyday challenge of keeping commercial buildings running well.
