Is Kibog Avetta-prequalified?
Yes. Kibog is Avetta-prequalified and fully insured. Avetta prequalification is required by most enterprise FM firms before a subcontractor can be onboarded – it verifies insurance, safety records, and compliance history on an ongoing basis. We are ready to be added to your approved vendor list without delay. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Does Kibog offer preventative maintenance programs?
Yes. Preventative maintenance programs are one of our core services. We build scheduled inspection and maintenance programs around your specific buildings and the climate demands of your region – quarterly HVAC checks, semi-annual building envelope inspections, electrical and plumbing assessments, and monthly interior walkthroughs. Response Times and Process
How quickly does Kibog respond to a service request?
We follow up on all service requests within one business day with a confirmed response time and a named point of contact. For urgent building issues – HVAC failure in summer, water leak, electrical fault – call us directly at 1-866-526-8819 rather than waiting for a form response. What happens after I submit a service request?
The process is straightforward:
- A real person reviews your request – not an automated queue
- We follow up within one business day with a confirmed response time and named contact
- We dispatch and manage the job from start to close
- On completion you receive photos, notes, and a completion report filed against the asset
- If anything comes up during the job we call you – you do not have to chase us

How does Kibog document completed work orders?
Every completed job is documented with timestamped photos, technician notes, parts used, and a completion report – all filed against the specific asset that was worked on. This builds a maintenance history for every building and asset in your portfolio over time. Can Kibog integrate with our existing CMMS or work order system?
Yes. Kibog adapts to your existing workflow rather than requiring you to change how you operate. We can receive work order assignments through your platform and return completion reports in the format your CMMS requires. Yes. Clients can have access to their own dashboard view showing all open and completed work orders, status updates, photos, asset records, and reporting across their portfolio (if they want to use our platform). You can see what is happening across every building without calling anyone for an update. This is one of the key differences between Kibog and a typical facility services contractor. How much does Kibog cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of work – the trades required, the number of buildings, the service frequency, and the location. Reactive work orders are quoted per job. Preventative maintenance programs are priced as ongoing retainers based on building size and inspection frequency.
