Kibog Response – Know before it costs you

We watch your sensors around the clock and dispatch our team when something critical fires – not just an alert, an actual response.

Sensors without monitoring are just expensive thermometers

A sensor can detect a problem the moment it starts. That only matters if someone is actually watching when it fires. Most facility teams either have no sensors at all, or they have sensors sending alerts to a dashboard nobody checks after hours, on weekends, or during a busy week.

Kibog Response closes that gap. We monitor your facility’s sensors continuously, and when something crosses a threshold that actually matters, a real person sees it and acts – not an automated email that sits in an inbox until Monday.

How it works

1. We monitor continuously

Your sensors report in around the clock. We watch for the thresholds that actually matter to your facility – not generic defaults.

2. A threshold is crossed

The moment a reading moves outside your defined limits, our team sees it – not a dashboard waiting for someone to check it.

3. We decide what it needs

Not every alert needs a truck. We assess what is actually happening and determine the right response – a call, a dispatch, or an escalation.

4. You are notified immediately

You know what happened and what we are doing about it, in real time – not after the fact.

5. If you use Kibog for facility services

A work order is generated and assigned automatically, and resolution is managed end to end while you stay informed.

6. Everything is documented

Every alert, every decision, every response – logged and available to you, not just verbally reported.

Response levels built around how critical the alert is

Not every facility needs the same level of monitoring, and pricing scales with the number of sensors and the response level you need – not a flat fee regardless of your setup. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your specific portfolio.

Starter

Monitoring and alerting for a small number of sensors. You are notified when something fires – dispatch handled separately if needed.

Standard

Monitoring plus a defined response protocol – we determine urgency and take the first step, whether that is a call or a dispatch.

Premium

Full monitoring and dispatch, including after-hours and weekend coverage, with confirmed response time commitments.

Enterprise

Custom monitoring programs for large or multi-site portfolios, integrated with your existing vendor and reporting structure.

Why this is different from a security monitoring company

Security and alarm monitoring companies watch for break-ins. General IoT platforms give you a dashboard and leave the watching to you. Kibog Response sits in between – we understand facility operations, not just alarm codes, and we have the ability to actually dispatch a technician, not just call the number on file.

That combination is what most facility teams do not have today – either the monitoring exists with nobody watching, or the response exists with no early warning to trigger it. Kibog Response is built to close that gap specifically, especially for the kind of damage that compounds fast when nobody catches it early – water intrusion, temperature failures, and equipment left running unattended.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to already have sensors installed?

No. We can help you figure out what to monitor and get the right hardware in place before starting the monitoring service. If you already have sensors, we can typically work with your existing setup.

Do I have to use Kibog for facility services too?

No. Kibog Response works as a standalone monitoring and alert service. If you are also a Kibog facility services client, resolution can be handled end to end automatically – but that is not a requirement to use Response.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the number of sensors monitored and the level of response coverage you need – a portfolio with 10 sensors and one with 100 have very different requirements. We will walk through your specific setup and provide a clear quote before anything is committed.

What counts as a “critical” alert?

That is defined with you at setup – a threshold that means something different for a walk-in cooler than it does for a mechanical room. We do not use generic defaults; the thresholds are built around what actually matters to your facility.

Is this available outside the Southeast USA?

Monitoring and alerting is available broadly. Physical dispatch capability is strongest within our Southeast USA service area – see our locations. Outside that footprint, we can still monitor and alert your own team or existing vendor directly.
